Upgrading from V3 to V4

PMI Software has completed a number of successful upgrades of Dynamics V3 to V4. The upgrade process is a straight forward process but some re-work maybe required in relation to the Workflow assemblies and reports. PMI Software will visit you on site to carry out a review of your CRM applications after which time we will offer you a fixed price to upgrade your applications to Dynamics CRM V4.

The following will be addressed during our initial onsite review:

• Reports written using Reporting Services
• Check migration of Workflows to Windows Workflow Foundation
• .NET Assemblies (Workflow and Plug-in)
• Check compatibility of Client side JavaScript code
• Security implications
• Review of the new features to get the best from CRM v4
• Outlook Client installations and rollout (possibly via Group Policy)
• Evaluation of Server hardware for CRM v4
